Lyle Perez-Tinics was born and raised in San Diego County California. Coming from a large loving Hispanic family, he learned the value of relationships, honesty and integrity. Thanks to his Mother, Lyle is fluent in English and Spanish. As a child, Lyle had a huge interest in computers and any tech related items. He graduated High School in 2003 and quickly moved into the computer tech field. Over the years he’s worked in computer repair, sales, marketing and more.

In 2019 the Lord decided to move this California boy, his wife and three children from a high paced life in the West Cost to the countryside of Savannah, Tennessee. During the sale of his home in California, Lyle became fascinated with the real estate marketing business. He loved the idea of being able to help people find a place they can call home using his love for tech. But let’s face it; it was a great excuse to buy a drone and a 360-video camera. Shortly after arriving in Tennessee he became licensed as a commercial drone pilot and photographer. He loves being able to take real estate drone videos and walkthroughs, and is so excited to give that special “tech edge” in his advertising of local country homes, farm land, waterfront properties, and more for sale in our Tennessee area.

Lyle is a huge Halloween and Christmas fanatic. He loves the family feeling of the holiday’s, along with the smell of a nice fire in the chimney. He loved the holidays so much that he host’s two podcasts dedicated to Halloween and Christmas. Both can be found on Apple Podcast’s and Spotify.
