Long ago, Chase Hicks was born in the shadow of the Appalachian Mountains. He was taken in by a Mangani Ape named Kala until he was adopted by his parents Robert and Sandi Hicks. (Kala went on to raise a boy named Tarzan, but that’s a story for another time.) 

From then on he called Savannah, Tennessee and Hardin County home. 

He graduated high school in 2009. For the next 11 years he worked at pharmacies and a local pawn shop. He is the only known Realtor in our area known to have experience in dealing in pharmaceuticals, firearms, precious metals, and old microwaves. 

He met the woman of his dreams in 2015, and ran away to Linden, Tennessee to marry her. She is a teacher who works in Special Education, and is currently working on her master’s degree. They have two cats, and live in a country home in Perry County. They spend time fishing and camping on the Tennessee River, Buffalo River, and Indian Creek. 

In 2020 he took his love for fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and appetite for adventure and stepped into the real estate business with United Country River City Realty.
